The Cricketers were crowned Premier champions after defeating Headington British Legion 3-0. Philip Adams led the way with sixteen dolls (6-5-5) as they won all three legs 24-22, 30-19, 30-22.
Section One is still up for grabs and leaders New Club are in prime position after a good 2-1 win against Six Bells Kidlington. The opening leg was tied 32-32 with New Club winning it on three sticks. Six Bells levelled in the next leg 33-27 and then set 27 in the final leg. New Club responded well and passed it with ease with 35 to win the leg. Austin Atkinson (4-3-6) and Luke Purcell (6-2-5) both hit thirteen dolls for New Club.
Keith Powell clanged off fifteen dolls (5-4-6) for The White Hart but it was all in vain as they lost to The Three Pigeons 2-1, 24-26, 26-30, 34-28.

In Section 2 Ray Townsend was in formidable form as he bagged himself a six in his fifteen doll haul (5-4-6) for The Squire Bassett in their 3-0 win at home to The Woodman Inn. Squire was never in trouble as they took all three legs 23-13, 23-16, 25-17.

Three Horseshoes share the top of Section 3 but they had a scare against North Oxford Con Club. After easily winning the opening leg 17-13 they had to rely on a three stick shootout in the next leg after it was tied 16-16. They then made sure of maximum points in the final leg 18-16. Andy Lewis top scored with eleven dolls (4-1-6).
Team Monarch share the lead after they has a comfortable 3-0 win against Crown A. Martin Cook led the way with a dozen dolls (5-3-4) as they won all three legs 20-18, 21-13, 18-11.
It was not unlucky thirteen for Ampleforth’s Mark Washington as he whipped off a bakers dozen 4-3-6 to guide them to a 3-0 win at home to Vikings Sports ‘A’ in the leg scores of 23-21, 27-15, 24-14.

Viking Sports B only need one more point to be crowned Section 4 champs after they claimed maximum points at home to Green Road Social Club. A good steady team performance saw them through 17-15, 17-14, 23-15.

Top of the table clash between Donnington Club B and Folly Bridge saw the club men triumph 2-1 to go two points clear in Section 5. Donnington took an early lead winning the first two legs 18-13, 21-19 before Folly grabbed a point in the final leg 17-13.
King & Queen and Six Bells A Kidlington shared the first two legs with Six Bells setting the final leg with 16. After a slow reply King & Queen left anchor man Stuart Fitchett needing five to win and he did not disappoint as he clanged them off to claim the leg and match.

The Nelson A are Section six champions and done it in style with a 3-0 thrashing over Littlemore Rugby Club. Steve Ledwell was top dog with a dozen dolls (3-5-4) as they won all three legs 16-13, 22-10, 22-13.

Only two points separate the top six teams in Section 7 with Kidlington Sports Club A and Red Lion Yarnton leading the way who both had 2-1 home wins. Kidlington Sports beat Red Lion Islip in a low scoring game 12-10, 13-10, 5-17. Red Lion Yarnton had to come from behind to beat Red Lion Wolvercote who won the opening leg with a good score of 26 to 16. However Yarnton Red Lion came back well to take the next two legs 14-12, 18-12.

Golden Ball A were crowned Section 8 champions with a 3-0 win over Brill Club. They just won the first two legs 15-14, 16-14 but made sure of all three points in the final leg 14-9. Mark Faulkner top scored with ten dolls 4-3-3.

Section 9 is wide open with Florence Park Club leading the way after they beat The Crown B 2-1. Wining the first two legs 14-11, 14-13 they were looking to take maximum points but crashed dramatically in the final leg 9-15.
The Priory ‘A’ keep up the pressure as they won all three legs at home to Donnington Club B. Steve Trotter with eleven dolls (3-4-4) led the way as they won all three legs 15-13, 16-15, 17-10. Kevin Morris and Ian Bishop both hit eleven dolls for Donnington.

Original Swan B have won Section 10 at a canter with another 2-1 win this time against Corner House, 17-13, 13-14, 10-8.
